SPECIALTY COURSES:
LOW-LIGHT / WHITE-LIGHT - PISTOL & RIFLE
Why a Tactical Light is Essential
Half of your life is spent in darkness, and even during daylight hours, many situations find us indoors. Flashlights exist for a reason, and when the time comes to draw your pistol in low-light conditions, the last thing you want to worry about is fumbling for a light source.
Some might argue that a tactical light on your pistol isn’t necessary, but personal experience proves otherwise. Imagine protecting a client in a sub-level meeting room when suddenly the power goes out. In moments like these, you’ll be grateful for a reliable tactical light in addition to your handheld flashlight.
You can’t stay in the fight if you can’t locate the threat. A tactical light ensures you can see what’s in front of you, keeping you in control when it matters most.

Active Shooter
(Mindset, Movement to Contact, Methodology and Target Acquisition, Breaking Contact, and Extraction)
Active Shooter Scenarios: Training to Survive
An active shooter situation is the ultimate worst-case scenario—one that no one ever wants to face. In such moments, hesitation is not an option. The key to survival lies in quickly identifying your priorities of action:
Are you alone, or is your family with you?
Are there clear escape routes?
Will escaping put you in the line of fire?
Is there a safe location to barricade and wait for help?
Your ability to process these critical decisions quickly and efficiently depends on proper training and preparation. Without forethought and guidance from professionals who’ve faced these situations, your chances of success diminish.
At RCC, we equip you with the tools, mindset, and training to assess your options and respond decisively. With the right preparation, you can set yourself up for success, saving your life and protecting those you care about.
It’s not the weapon, it’s the shooter. Once you have the knowledge you can make any weapon your own.

Participants will learn how to apply these tools effectively in traumatic life-saving scenarios. Additionally, the training will cover other essential tools used in trauma care and provide guidance on how to properly load out both a small individual emergency pack and a larger bag with additional medical supplies for more extensive options in field situations.
MOVEMENT AND FLOW COURSES:
Direct Action and Movement
Direct Action & Movement (D.A.M)
D.A.M. I (Focus on Direct Action and Movement on Contact, TTP’s)
Our D.A.M. course is an intense, fast-paced training experience designed to push your skills to the limit. Throughout the course, you'll engage in a variety of drills with real-world relevance, focusing on reactive shooting, speed shooting, and mastering malfunctions and transitions—all while staying on the move.
Expect to be quick to the gun and even quicker to the target, with drills that rarely allow you to start facing your target. You’ll be constantly working under time pressure, executing dynamic drills that challenge both your speed and decision-making. You'll move with purpose, perform multiple types of reloads, and practice positional shooting across four core shooting platforms.
If you can envision yourself in a high-stress gunfight, this course will give you the tools and mindset to succeed. With pressure ramping up from start to finish, this is the perfect opportunity to push yourself beyond your comfort zone and take your skills to the next level. If you're ready to rise to the challenge, this course is designed for you.
D.A.M II (Focus on Direct Action and Movement on Contact, TTP’s with Obstacle Negotiation, Movement & Team Building)
In small-unit operations, teamwork and flow must come naturally, with obstacle negotiation and movement becoming second nature. This course emphasizes a quick-to-the-gun, quick-to-the-target mindset, keeping you target-focused throughout the entirety of your training.
The drills you'll engage in are designed to mirror real-world scenarios that you are likely to face, whether you're in law enforcement, military operations downrange, or various government settings. Each exercise is conducted in a safe, controlled environment, but one that remains as realistic as possible, ensuring you gain the most practical benefit.
We understand the critical consequences of not having the chance to practice key scenarios in a safe setting—too often, real-world situations go wrong because shooters were never trained in the proper drills under controlled conditions. This course will prepare you to be ready for whatever comes your way.
